Refund and Returns Policy

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all goods are in good condition when they leave our premises and are packed in a manner suitable for their transportation to you, there, unfortunately, maybe circumstances when they do not meet the expected standard.

The following details are refund policy and requirements:

Except for custom or made-to-order goods, including consumables, items with a manufacturing defect may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. The items must be in good condition and include all original packaging, freebies and tags.

Customer or made-to-order goods, consumable goods are non-returnable.

These may include Wax, Fragrance Oils and other candle making supplies. You MUST quote the invoice number/ order number/ registered mobile no. on all correspondence and always coordinate with the registered E-mail address.

A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when this may be refunded.

Return of made-to-order Products

Those items, which are customised, including any product configurations, images, personalisation, text inscriptions, or designs such as engravings, monograms, embroidery or embossing, and or printing:

You must notify us within 4 days of receipt.

If the item contains personal/brand or business configuration, inscription, text, images, or design on these products, then Candle Supply Co. will not be obliged to accept returns or exchanges unless the products sent by Candle Supply Co. are damaged or has defective work.

If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, text, images, or design due to a mistake by Candle Supply Co. staff then you are protected by our Return Policy.

All product packaging, such as boxes, tags, must be returned with the item as it was sent.

NOTE: Unboxing video will be required at the time of applying for return or refund.

Refund

It all depends on you; how fast you send us your returns. Normally it takes 6 – 10 working days of returning your order. After we receive and process your return; it may take 5 – 7 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.

Shipping

The estimated delivery time is provided on each product page and may vary based on your shipping postal code, order size, and any custom requirements. Typically, we deliver products within 1-2 working days, or you can pick them up in-store within 24 hours.
